The hotel is very clean and chic. The staff at the reception desk are very polite.- The whole staff is efficient.- The hotel is conveniently located close to a train station.

The accommodation here is lovely, set very close to the Chapel Bridge, with a friendly and helpful reception staff.

Absolutely great and bright units with big glass window, Nespresso and 2 comfortable single beds, and the staff were understanding.

This hotel exceeded all expectations, we recommend to everyone. The property was pleasant and chic with efficient staff at reception desk.- The food was outstanding at the restaurant.- The location was particularly good, just 5 minutes walk from Lucerne Culture and Congress Centre.- We found it in a very trendy area near to many restaurants, the main transportation hub, the KKL cultural center, Lake Lucerne, the museums and shopping, and the train station and other tourist attractions.

Stylish and reasonably clean place

Amazingly attentive and delightfully helpful staff. Exceptionally nice location, near all transport and sightseeing spots.- Fantastic farmers market on both sides of the river.

Marvellous location to the Lion monument, and 15 minute walk from a Lion monument. And just off many bus/tram lines and other attractions like the Rotsee nature reserve & rowing centre. Standard double room with a comfortable bed, fantastic shower plus nice panoramic windows all over.

The location was favourable, close to Moderne. Got newly remodelled room with nice panoramic windows all over when arrived, truly enjoyed that.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and the housekeeping service was excellent. The breakfast spread was fresh and had a great variety of options to choose from. We also loved the stunning view of the city from the roof bar. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short distance away from the city center and all the attractions.

We did encounter a few minor issues. The parking at the hotel was full and we had to find alternative parking, which was quite expensive.

Modern, clean, good central location, good staff

Insufficient colthes storage, especially drawers. Bathroom spacious, but no privacy.

The rooms had a funky design, but luckely with wooden floors (never understood the facination with wall to wall carpeting in hotellrooms). It was clean and smelled fresh, with complementary water and aples. There were many restaurants inhouse that offered a good viraiety of food. A cool bar with a terrace on the roof gave us a nice ending of the day. It took only 3-4 minuts to walk in to the old city of Luzern.

As mentioned the rooms were a litle funky, with no door between bathroom and bedroom - so I recommend this to really good friends and couples only :)

I had the most wonderful time at Astoria! The air conditioning was a savior during the June heatwave, providing a cool and comfortable room for a restful night's sleep. The reception staff were efficient and check-in was a breeze. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options. The rooftop bar offered stunning views of the city. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore all the attractions. Despite a parking issue, my stay was amazing and I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay!

Good location, friendly staff, restaurants and coffee shop

Wifi was inconsistent and went in and out. A real problem for business travelers. Need free wifi in the room also. The rooms are missing a clock, full length mirror, a rug and a picture on the wall. The room is just too spartan.
